Happy Motivating Monday! I hope your weekend was filled with enjoyable rest needed to start your work week off strong. This week I want to focus on winning, and what winning means for this week. You are a winner and winning is in your DNA. Regardless of what circumstances come up, you have the winning touch.
Think On These two points:
Take A Moment to Reflect:
- When the world devalues your worth know that you are a winner
- Let your attitude be gratitude for the winning spirit burning in your heart
Reflect on This Thought:
Reflect on this thought, you were born a winner. The winning DNA is inside of you. You ask how do I know? It’s simple, you were born! From birth you beat millions to be here today. With winning in your DNA, you must align yourself with this fact to see the benefits in your life. What is most important for you, believing that you are nothing special, or believing that you are special? The negative words that other people use to describe you is not the valued truth that build character. In fact, it does the complete opposite. Words have power and listening to the wrong words can even kill. It can take away your will to hope, thus dimming the light. Causing the shine and flames to fade.
Tips to Winning:
- Step one – Clear your mind from negativity
- Step two – Avoid getting stuck by holding the vision in mind of what you want and take a breath as you breathe
- Step three – Self-talk to yourself, often to encourage yourself and affirm your belief
- Step four – Imagine yourself as the success you are and feel the feeling of the win
Holding the imagine of your dream or goal you see in your mind. What is the feeling that you feel? Let that feeling of euphoria fill you for that moment until it becomes your mental map for success. Use these tips as you inter your work week and be the winning force that is within you. You are getting better everyday you take an active conscious agreement with self to change inside out. Connect with the winning DNA that reside in you, shine like the light of hope that GOD has placed down within you. Believe in the you that you have been gifted to be.
