Hello everyone,
Happy Mountain Moving Monday! I hope you all have enjoyed your weekend that have passed. There are things in every one’s life when we have done something or said something that we are not proud of. Even wish we could take back because it came from a place of hurt, anger, or frustration. In-order for healing and changing your mindset you must be willing to release the shame of it all.
Think On These two points:
Take A Moment to Reflect:
- Shame is feeling guilty for doing or saying something that brings embracement
- Circumstances happen to us all and that is what help us grow
Reflect on This Thought:
When you know that no one is perfect and we all make mistakes, it takes the presser off life to live up to an unblemished existence. It is through the experiences that we face in life that give us the credibility of the wisdom and value you possess. Don’t allow the sting of your past hinder your future. The things in life that make us feel ashamed, guilty, embracement, or not proud of are the things that help with the person before you today.
Learning from the experience to make us stronger to be a helping hand to someone else facing the crossroads of life. The wisdom in our conversation takes the painful place to be a place of refuge to mend the brokenness of the heart. Release the shame to bring joy where there was sorrow. Release the guilt of shame to let your messy message bring love and redemption. Don’t let the messiness of your life hinder you from becoming the blessed future you that the world needs to see. So, what if negative people try to embarrass you, Release the shame to dealer the message of hope. Someone is waiting to hear your message to free them from the shackles that hold them captive.
Let this message free you to be the change you want to see and change by first accepting you for who you are.
